Preordering helps you secure upcoming Loungefly releases at a lower price while helping us avoid over‑ordering and wasted stock. Here’s how the process works:

1. You place your preorder

Choose your item and complete checkout before the preorder deadline.

2. We order directly from official EU distributors

PixieVault sources all Loungefly items through official EU distributors.
Your preorder guarantees your item unless Loungefly cancels production.

3. Loungefly ships to distributors

Our distributors receive the stock around the official release month (e.g., February).

4. We receive the stock

As soon as the distributors deliver to us, we inspect all the products and prepare your order.

5. Your order ships immediately

You’ll receive a tracking number and updates until your package arrives.

Because we don’t have to hold inventory yet, we can offer lower price. It’s a win‑win: you save money, and we can plan our stock responsibly.
